Translucent, steel clear colour. The nose is fresh and airy with hints of asparagus, white peach, elderflower and grapefruit. Varietal, elegant Sauvignon Blanc with fresh body and delicate flowery finish. Because of its aroma and taste qualities it pairs excellently with any sea food, fish and white meat. Crispy leaf salads are particularly suitable. Vegetable dishes with light sauces would be a good supplement.
