Payment terms and cancellations
- Payment terms: 50% to 3 days prior to booking confirmation requires prepayment. The remaining amount can be paid on site upon departure.
- Cancellations: Prepaid amounts are not refundable in case of cancellation or no-show, but can be used for a future reservation within 90 days.
