Boniaia Estate Natural Sweet Wine

A sparkling pale yellow color. A fine aroma with pronounced notes of apricot, citrus and herbal tones. The fruity spiciness is enhanced by honey notes and an initial hint of bergamot.
The flavor is elegant, dense, with balanced acidity complemented by fruity sweetness. The finish is distinct and long-lasting.
It aged for 4 months in new selected French barrels for this purpose.
